At Zest we help to support people facing barriers to employment by providing a friendly, inclusive workplace to learn and develop.

We work as a team providing work placements for people with additional needs, we take pride in our endeavors and celebrate our successes as a group. We believe this collective attitude is what makes us different and is reflected in our name. Together we are Zest.

“Hamish is a great example of how, by working together with the right businesses, we can help students move forward and make the jump from College in to work a successful one!
“While at Fife College Hamish completed NPA Enterprise and Employability course at our Cupar Campus where he worked extremely hard in both his internal and external work placements. This allowed him to gain experience, develop in confidence and maturity.”
“The supported apprenticeship opportunity at Zest allowed Hamish to further develop his employability skills and sustain paid work. We are delighted that the College course, alongside Hamish’s determination, support from his family and Zest’s open-mindedness, has helped open up doors for Hamish and make a great difference to his life and opportunities for the future.”
